Our Vision
100 Black Brokers was created to fill a void for in our community. Not only do we face systemic challenges on the path towards homeownership, but too many brokers are denied opportunities which in turn impact the ability to impact communities. We see 100 Black Brokers as a united front addressing issues facing our clients and consumers at large.
Our Story
100 Black Brokers was founded by experienced real estate professionals who have devoted so much to improving the lives of diverse groups through homeownership. We welcome all consumers as we specialize in offering services to the underserved.
Many have held leadership positions in the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) along with local, regional, state Realtor groups, and the National Association of Realtors.

Donnell Williams
Donnell Williams, Broker/Owner Destiny Realty And President, Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance and Founder of House Then The Car
Donnell Williams, broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey with a branch office in Newark serves as the President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance. Destiny Realty is one of the largest African-American independently owned real estate brokerages in the State of New Jersey.
A long-time advocate of black home-ownership, Mr. Williams has been actively involved in efforts to increase black home=ownership and to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas throughout the real estate industry in how to best serve its clientele. His leadership skills positioned him as a regional vice president where he encouraged professional development and increased knowledge and creativity in the industry and then as a president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Mr. Williams has created and founded multiple initiatives and organizations; House Then The Car, The Impact Campaign and the Black Brokers Network, 100 Black Brokers being a few of the most celebrated. He currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Association of Minority Real Estate Professionals and President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance.
Donnell holds membership on the Board of Adjustments for Morris Township, the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Additionally, Mr. Williams has been a licensed broker since 2001.
Donnell’s community and civic involvements include active membership as Grand Master of Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a past member of Morris County Minority Concerns Advisory Committee, and an NAACP Silver Level Lifetime member. they need to thrive in today's competitive market.

We are a Black-owned and operated business that has assembled the largest group of Black real estate professionals in our nation’s history. We believe that by connecting you to qualified Black real estate professionals working in cities, towns, neighborhoods and communities across the nation, we can play a role in making your buying and selling experience go smoothly.

House Then The Car is a national campaign to educate, empower and mobilize generations of African Americans about building wealth. This movement empowers communities that have GenX, millennials, GenZ's on the value of owning property as a generational wealth-building tool. House Then The Car speaks specifically to the African American community and offers real-life housing and financing options and solutions.

The Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance is a nonprofit caucus of Black real estate professionals and like minded supporters aligned with our mission to create generational wealth in the Black community with a specific focus on real estate. We work with both the government and business community to advance education and policies that have the capacity to transform the financial well being of the Black community.
